Christine Bowin

President/Owner

Christine Bowin was born in Fairfax, Virginia and her family moved to Central Florida, Windermere when she was a child. She moved to the Space Coast in 2008 and a began a Bankruptcy practice.

Christine has been involved with helping families get a fresh start on their finances ever since. This helps tremendously when dealing with any potential liens, judgments, or legal issues that could arise in a closing!

Christine earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from University of Central Florida (GO KNIGHTS!). She earned her master’s degree in Legal Studies & Dispute Resolution from American University of Washington, College of Law.

Christine & her family love being on the Space Coast and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, snuggling their 2 dogs and traveling.  Christine’s passion is Philanthropic work. She has served on many Boards and charitable organizations over the years. She is currently honored to be a Board member for Junior Achievement of the Space Coast.  Junior Achievement of the Space Coast helps young people connect with relevant learning and the importance of staying in school, building a bridge between what kids learn in the classroom to how it is applied in the real world. She is also a past President of Junior League Space Coast, member of Melbourne Rotary, Daughters of the American Revolution and Children’s Hunger Project.

Christine is proud to be a female business owner and gives full credit to her father for instilling being an entrepreneur in her from a young age. She is PROUD to work, live and help support the Space Coast!

Karen Montas

Vice President/Owner

Karen M. Montas was born in the Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and moved to the United States as a child.

Karen has been involved in civil trial litigation since 2002. She spent the first seven years of her career representing individuals and insurance companies. After the opportunity to learn the legal operations of insurance companies. Karen and her family moved to Brevard County.

Karen earned her undergraduate degree in 1998 and her law degree in 2002 from Nova Southeastern University. She is admitted to practice in all State Courts as well as the three United States District Courts in the State of Florida.

Karen and her family are active members of their home church, Lifepoint Church in Palm Bay. As a family, they support several charitable organizations including The Children's Hunger Project, Brevard Cultural Alliance, and Love, INC. Karen has the pleasure of serving as one of the members of WeVenture League of Extraordinary Women, a group of business owners and entrepreneurs committed to supporting and mentoring the women of tomorrow.
